The meeting was called to order by Ken Klink at 7:00 p.m. Attending were: Gary Ziegler, Tim Blair, Dan Edge, Sheldon Hollis, Joan Hollis, Russell Cichy, Pauline Fahey, Barb Wachter, Ruth O’Connor John Buscemi, MaraLee Gabler, Ken Klink, Dave Beck-Engel, Janet Hardyman, Mike Warmuth, Jerry Jansen, Doug Waelti, Kay Parish, Tim Stadelman, Jerry Rabas, Jim Kniffin, Carla Wolf, Joe Stadelman.
Joe
Stadelman and Dave Beck-Engle presented an update of
changes in the plan. A preliminary budget estimate showing a “phase in” plan
with everything done, but with the parish hall first built as a shell and then
later finished off. The estimate is $5.8 million including estimated cost of
finishing the parish hall.
A
project schedule was presented.
Carla
Wolf gave an updated report on fundraising. It shows $2.544 million in total
pledges, land, and prior deposits. Value of land and cash received is $1.248
million.
